To all of the Mayor’s Welcome BBQ committee members, volunteers, sponsors, community organizations, city councillors, municipal mayors, elected officials, performers, fabulous hostess Cara Scott and the over 650 people who attended the BBQ this year – THANK YOU!!!! This BBQ continues to be New Brunswick’s largest welcome event, and it’s getting bigger each year!

And a special thank you to Elm Park for being such a beautiful location for this event with your open green spaces and lots of trees for shade (I think we’ll be back!).

We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2022!!!!!

As a city councillor I am pleased with the turn out and welcoming atmosphere! Bravo to all the newcomers to Miramichi and the Multicultural Association! 🙏

i never saw this advertised anywhere; where can i stay updated on community events? i also missed the rock n roll festival this year, and the exhibition started on different dates than listed on the ride owner's fb page. 😕 the welcoming bbq in 2019 was one of the best days i've ever had in this town and i was so proud of it.

Thank you! Our new Latinos and a few of our regulars ;). Latino Miramichi
